v3.x: Windows installation error setup.cpp (135)

The following error message during installation of the windows versions of CySight.
Resolution
This problem occurs when the initial setup file has not been downloaded correctly. Please check the size of the file by downloading an md5 tool to check against the md5 information file available for download and run Setup again.
