The logfile can be found in /Program Files/DigiToll/DigiTollBE/logs
If the logfile is growing please check if any repetitive messages in the end of the file.
To correct the following error please run the DNALicenseUnlk.exe script.
By default long-term collection should occur after 1 hour.
If DigiToll CySight's long=term NetMeasure views does not show data after 1 hour, please run the following script to enable default long-term collection. If you are not sure, just run the NetMeasure Unlock script - DNALicenseUnlk.exe
