v3.5.1 -Windows 2003 Patch

If you are using Win2003. Please copy the batch files in

win2003 bin patch.zip

to ‘C:\Program Files\DigiToll\bin’.

This is required as Win2003 does not support the ‘sc’ command in our current deployment.
